Iron-On Patches & Application
What materials can I iron the iron-on patches onto?
Our iron-on transfers adhere best to smooth cotton fabric. Synthetic or textured fabrics are not suitable.
How do I properly iron on iron-on patches?
First iron the garment flat, place the iron-on transfer in the desired position, and iron with medium temperature (120–140°C) for about 15 seconds with firm pressure. Place baking paper between the iron-on transfer and the iron. Wait until the paper has completely cooled before peeling it off.
How do I care for garments with iron-on transfers?
Wash the garment inside out at max. 30°C. Do not tumble dry and do not dry clean. Do not wash within the first 24 hours after ironing on.

How long does delivery take?
Within Germany, we usually deliver within 4-5 business days. Deliveries to the EU take 10-14 business days.
When is shipping free?
Shipping within Germany is free for orders over €40. Within the EU, we charge a flat shipping fee of €4.50.
Can I track my order?
Yes! After shipping, you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking number.

Can I return my order?
Non-personalized items can be returned within 14 days without stating a reason. For more details, please refer to the Right of Withdrawal.
